Random the Book: A Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Presentation. Join Matt Ballantine for an interactive exploration of how randomness shapes our world – and why we're so bad at understanding it. Drawing from his new book, Matt reveals four fundamental patterns: we don't understand randomness, we're afraid to use it, we take personal credit when it works in our favour, and we're missing huge opportunities by avoiding it.

I aim to attend every DiNG, because of the people and the perspectives I meet there. It's great that I can meet other design experts, the fresh ideas of students and business innovators. The speakers are interesting and cover a range of subjects, keeping it fresh and with more depth than the other events I've attended locally
